The 18-Stations Roll Reducing Machine is mainly used to reduce the diameter of the heating tube. It softens the tube by heating and uses 18 set of alloy wheels or steel wheels with precise speed synchronization to perform progressive compression.
As the tube diameter is reduced, it applies a uniform, high static pressure from the outside, thereby effectively compacting the magnesium oxide (MgO) powder in the tube to a very high density. Finally, as the tube diameter is reduced, the density of the magnesium oxide powder increases, which in turn changes the resistance of the heating wire and affects the power and thermal conductivity of the heating tube.

A: Yes. We recommend using alloy wheels for processing stainless steel heating elements. Alloy wheels are more wear-resistant and extend the equipment's lifespan.
Q: How long does it take to change the mold?
A: Due to the use of 18 sets of progressive tube shrinking wheels, the diameter reduction values are different for each set. It is not recommended for inexperienced engineers to change the mold themselves. Skilled operators can complete mold changes and equipment debugging in approximately 5-6 hours.
Q: Can this machine be integrated into an automated production line?
