3. Powder Release Control: The piezoelectric vibration unit and air pressure regulation system work together to precisely control the flow rate and drop point of magnesium oxide powder, reducing dust and spillage, increasing powder utilization to over 99%, and significantly reducing material waste.
4. PLC/I/O Point Monitoring: Based on a programmable logic controller (PLC) system architecture, the system monitors the status of all input/output points (such as switches, relays, and solenoid valves) in real time, ensuring reliable signal transmission and accurate actuator operation, improving overall system stability and maintainability.
