Automatic Turning Machine

The  Automatic Turning Machine is mainly used for turning the ric cooker heating plate and fan cover lathing. High degree of automation, high production efficiency, up to 8 seconds to complete a product. Except for blank clamping, all other processing procedures can be completed by machine tools. Hydraulic disc machining reduces the labor of the operator and improves working conditions.

22. The headstock stop switch controls the lathe spindle. Pressing it up allows normal rotation, while pressing it down stops the spindle.
23. The mold run stop switch: Pressing it up returns the lathe to its original position after the surface turning is completed. Pressing it down stops the lathe at the end of the lathe's outer diameter. Pressing it back to the original position requires an emergency stop, as shown in Figure 4.
24. The longitudinal stop switch: Pressing it up allows the inner and outer diameter turning to continue. Pressing it down stops the inner and outer diameter from turning. Pressing it back to the original position requires an emergency stop, as shown in Figure 4.
25. Pressing Figures 23 and 24 allows normal horizontal and vertical turning. Pressing Figure 25 allows the longitudinal turning to the set position and then automatically exits (for debugging inner and outer diameters). Pressing Figure 26 allows the longitudinal turning to connect the horizontal starting point (the starting point of the lathe surface) and then return to the starting point after reaching the end of the lathe surface. Pressing the emergency stop, as shown in Figure 4, returns the machine to its original position.
