Core Functions and Working Principles
This 12-station industrial roll-reducing machine compresses and densifies magnesium oxide (MgO) powder inside a metal tube (usually stainless steel, copper, iron, etc.) by reducing its outer diameter. This compression results in a smaller diameter and a lower density for the magnesium oxide powder.
Why compress heating tubes?
Magnesium oxide powder acts as an insulating and thermally conductive medium, and its density directly determines the performance of the heating tube. High density means: better insulation, reducing the risk of electrical leakage and improving safety; higher thermal conductivity, allowing heat to transfer faster from the resistance wire to the tube wall, improving heating efficiency and service life; and greater mechanical strength, making the heating tube more resistant to shock and vibration, preventing the MgO powder from becoming loose due to vibration.
How does it work?
Davinci machine utilizes 14 sets of rollers and 12 sets of high-power motors, arranged in descending order. The metal tube is fed in at a constant speed by an automatic feeder or manually. Each time it passes over a pair of rollers, it is rolled over, gradually and evenly reducing the tube diameter. This allows the MgO powder inside to be continuously and steadily compressed, ultimately achieving the desired diameter and density.

Important Part
1. Main Unit: Our Davinci machine utilizes a one-piece cast iron process to ensure stable operation. Cheaper tube shrinking machines on the market typically use welding to save costs.
2. Tungsten alloy and High-Speed Steel Wheels: tungsten alloy is flexible and suitable for tubes with diameters up to 10mm; steel wheels are hard and suitable for tubes with diameters greater than 10mm.
3. Motor: Utilizes 750W high-power, 12 motors to ensure stable operation.

Instructions on Using Machine
1. Start by connecting the machine to the power source using the power cord.
2. Turn on the machine by pressing the power button.
3. Set the temperature and time using the control panel. The temperature and time required for shrinking may vary depending on the type of rice cooker heating tube being used.
4. Attach the heating tube to the Shrinker roller and place it in the machine.
5. Press the start button to begin the shrinking process.
6. Once the shrinking process is complete, turn off the 12-Stations Industrial Roll Reducing Machine and remove the heating tube from the Shrinker roller.
Inspect the heating tube to ensure that it has been properly shrunk and fused.
