Structure and adjustment of the main components
The main components of the 40T Punching Pressure Machine include: machine body, transmission, clutch, connecting rod, slide block, brake and control mechanism, etc.
1. Frame
The frame and the worktable are integrated open double-column C-shaped castings. The fuselage is fixed on the left and right feet of the 40T Punching Pressure Machine through bolts, and the two left and right frames are combined with two double-head bolts. The two frames are made with circular arc groove through the tilt adjustment mechanism, which can make the frame tilt back 15°.
The slider is reciprocating in the guide rail on the fuselage, and the top wire adjusts the gap between the guide rail and the slider,Tighten the back cap after.
Crankshaft bearing is open copper tile, and the lower tile is installed on the fuselage, with circular pin positioning. When the gap between the crankshaft and the bearing bush increases, it can be adjusted by adjusting the gasket of the upper and lower tile or correcting the separate surface size to maintain the accuracy.
2. Drive system
The transmission system is a secondary transmission. The first stage is the triangular belt drive, and the second stage is the gear transmission. The large gear drives the crankshaft rotation through the clutch mechanism, and realizes the slide reciprocating motion with the help of the crankshaft eccentric.
The motor is fixed on the motor seat plate, when the tightness of the triangle belt, can be adjusted by rotating support The nut on the movable joint bolt of the motor seat plate is realized.
