Production description
This Induction brazing machine combines high-frequency brazing technology with high-frequency induction heating principles, and is used for welding various products in the home appliance industry. Brazing involves heating a brazing filler metal (a material with a lower melting point than the parent metal) alongside the parent metal. While the parent metal remains in the process of melting, the brazing filler metal wets and fills the gap between the two materials, forming a brazed seam. Within the gap, the filler metal and the parent metal dissolve and diffuse into each other, and cooling secures the welded parts.
The induction brazing machine is primarily used for bottom brazing of small home appliances and cookware. Its modular design provides a truly versatile solution. By replacing the specialized fixtures and molds, it can quickly switch between different products and easily handle the bottom brazing of a variety of electric cookware. Common household appliances include:
Kettles: Electric kettle heating plates (brazing the heating element to the stainless steel base).
Pots and pans: Frying pans, woks, and soup pots (composite bottom welding typically involves welding a stainless steel base, aluminum sheet, and stainless steel pot).
Cups: Welding the base of soy milk cups, coffee pots, and milk froth cups to the heating element.

4. High-Efficiency Water Cooling System
Cools the power supply, transformer, and sensor. The system is equipped with a flow switch and a pressure controller. The recommended inlet water temperature is ≤35°C, and the water pressure is 0.12–0.4 MPa. High-quality cooling water is used to improve efficiency and minimize losses.
5 . Intelligent Electronic Control System
Main electrical components are imported from brands such as Omron and Schneider. Turntable rotation and power heating are automatically controlled by relays, ensuring easy operation and high production efficiency.
6. Patented Power Switching System
A pneumatic high-power switching device with pure copper contacts ensures stable switching and spark-free operation, effectively improving power utilization (a patented design).
