The kettle edge curling machine is designed to deliver precise edge pressing. It is mainly designed for beading the kettle heating plate and kettle body together, ensuring that the kettle body and bottom heating plate are tightly connected for superior product quality.
This machine offers a streamlined and efficient flanging process that enhances both production speed and accuracy, on average, one workpiece is completed every 6 seconds, with a production capacity of 4600 pieces in 8 hours.
Working Principle
This edge curling machine is mainly for stainless steel kettle production. It operates by using a lower-pressure cylinder to hold the product in place while the motor rotates the workpiece at high speed. A hydraulic cylinder or pneumatic system then applies controlled pressure, deforming the workpiece and creating a secure, curled edge for the kettle body.

Machine maintenance
For the maintenance of this edge curling machine, keep the press shaft lubricated during use of the machine. The barometer tank at the back of the machine is filled with pneumatic oil once a month. After using the machine for two years, check whether the hydraulic oil is dirty, and replace it if it is dirty. Keep the edge curling machine clean; do not put it with other debris.
Common fault
1. There is no movement of the machine: see if the indicator light is on; if it is not on, it may be that the safety or the general stop switch is damaged.
2. Cylinder no response: check whether the oil pump contactor is suction, check whether the oil pump motor is reversed, check whether the oil tank hydraulic oil is sufficient, check the cylinder oil valve, and check the intermediate relay.
3. The press is not pressed down: check whether the air valve coil on the back of the machine is lit up when it is working; if it is not lit up, it may be that the intermediate relay of KY0 is damaged. If the light is on, it may be that the gas valve body is damaged, the gas valve coil is damaged, the press cylinder is damaged, or the press shaft is stuck.
