The Automatic Multi-Station Brazing Machine is a specialized device that combines this emerging high-frequency brazing technology with the principle of high-frequency induction heating to weld various products in the home appliance industry, such as electric kettle heating plates, hot pots, frying pans, coffee pots, etc. It is mainly used to simultaneously laminate a piece of aluminum plate or aluminum electric heating tube for soaking heat on stainless steel pots, aluminum pots (or other containers), and achieve a firm connection of the welded parts in one go through induction heating under pressure.

Automatic multi-station brazing machines utilize a rotary table design (commonly with 6 or 12 stations), integrating multiple processes-loading, preheating, heating (dual power supply), cooling, pressure holding, and unloading-into a single cycle, resembling a miniature automated production line.

The spring die lowers after the workpiece is loaded →The turntable rotates →The turntable is positioned. →The turntable stops →The process automatically enters preheating, heating, and holding pressure. →The timing begins, and heating is complete. →The turntable rotates, holding pressure, cooling, and the workpiece loading cycle.
