Operating Instructions (Mechanical Adjustment Part)
After turning on the power and setting the desired production parameters on the touch screen, it's time to adjust the mechanical components of the Round Tubular Heater Bending Machine.
1. First step: adjust the movable hopper according to the required length of the heating tube.
①The adjustment method is: shake the adjustment hand wheel to move the movable hopper to the appropriate position, so that the electric heating tube has a movable range of 2-3mm in the hopper.

② After the hopper is adjusted to the appropriate position, the movable plate can be locked by tightening the screws in the red box in the figure below.

2. The second place that can be adjusted is the blanking hopper, which can affect the position of the electric heating tube when it is blanked to the chuck.
① Adjust the position of the feeding wheel so that the electric heating tubes in the hopper can enter the chuck in an orderly manner. (First loosen the fixing screws and then divide them evenly according to the length)

② The guide plate can be adjusted according to the diameter of the electric heating tube. The larger the diameter of the electric heating tube, the upward movement of the guide plate can make the electric heating tube enter smoothly (generally, a gap of 1-2mm is reserved between the guide plate and the electric heating tube).

3. The third adjustable component is the centering mechanism.
① To ensure consistent bend length, the centering mechanism must be adjusted. The hopper inside the tube drops straight down, directly into the centering mechanism. Adjusting the centering mechanism primarily involves adjusting the left-right distance of the centering rod. After the cylinder extends and the centering rod contacts both ends of the heating tube, align the center of the heating tube with the center of the tube bending die.
② Adjustment Method: Loosen the screws securing the centering rod, then adjust it forward and backward. Once the desired position is achieved, tighten the screws to secure.

5. The fifth adjustable component is the first bending mechanism.
This mechanism is responsible for bending the clamped heating tube into its initial shape. This is primarily driven by a cylinder, which extends the bending wheel, allowing it to press the heating tube into shape.

6. The sixth adjustable component is the second bending mechanism.
This mechanism is responsible for bending the heating tube into a second shape after it has been bent into its first shape. This is primarily driven by a cylinder, which extends the bending wheel, allowing it to press the heating tube into a new shape.

7. The seventh adjustable component is the third bending mechanism.
This is the third bending mechanism, which performs the final bend of the heating tube. It's primarily driven by a cylinder, which extends the pressure block, pressing the heating tube guide rod into shape.

8. The eighth adjustable component is the core.
The size of the core depends on the shape of the heater tube. You can replace or adjust the core's position based on the shape of the heater tube. To adjust, loosen the screws that secure it, adjust it to the desired position, and then tighten it.
