Process Steps:
1. Kettle Body Loading: The kettle body is precisely fed to the welding station by a manual conveyor belt and positioned.
2. Spout Loading: The spout is picked up by a vibratory feeder or a special fixture and pre-installed in the designated position on the kettle body.
3. Clamping and Fixing: A special fixture (jig) firmly fixes the kettle body and spout from the inside or outside, ensuring they do not move during welding.
After the electric kettle welding machine starts, the welding needles are spot-welded one by one. This method requires less equipment pressure and ensures sufficient energy for each weld point.
