What equipment and accessories are needed for a CKD kettle production line?
1. Purchase all accessories for the entire kettle: including the kettle body, lid, handle, heating element, thermostat, power base, switch, screws, sealing rings, etc.
2. Purchase equipment: Kettle spout welding machine, Spot welding machine, Kettle edge beading machine, production assembly line (optional).
Kettle CKD Production Process:
1. Use the spout spot welding machine to spot weld the spout and hooks, and finally roll the heating plate and kettle body together.
2. Next is the assembly: assemble the thermostat to the heating plate of the kettle body and apply thermal grease to ensure tight contact.
3. Install the kettle's plastic parts and internal wiring onto the kettle body in sequence.
4. Inspection and testing: Depending on whether the customer requires testing, it usually includes airtightness testing, resistance and voltage testing, and functional testing: passing water and electricity to test whether the kettle can heat normally, whether it can automatically shut off after boiling, and whether the overheat protection will activate during dry boiling.
5. Visual Inspection: The operator inspects the tested kettle to ensure the outer casing is free of scratches and stains, and the logo is clear.
6. Final Packaging: The instruction manual and warranty card are packed into a color box and ready for shipment to the market.
