The edge beading machine is a specialized hydraulic device used to seal the edge of an electric kettle's stainless steel heating plate to the kettle's body. Its core function is to use powerful pressure and the sequential operation of two alloy wheels to plastically deform the metal edges of the heating plate and the bottom of the kettle, interlocking and pressing them together to form a secure, sealed, and aesthetically pleasing hemming structure.

The edge beading machine consists of seven core systems:
1. Hydraulic power system: Using hydraulic oil as the working medium, the motor drives the oil pump, generating stable, powerful, high-pressure hydraulic pressure.
2. It can handle stainless steel hemming requirements of varying thicknesses and materials, ensuring a tight, precise hem.
3. The mold consists of an upper mold (connected to the hydraulic spindle) and a lower mold (for securing the kettle body and heating plate). The molds can be customized and replaced according to the size of the kettle's heating plate, allowing a single machine to produce multiple models of stainless steel kettles.
4. High efficiency: one kettle can be completed in 6 seconds on average, and 4,800 kettles can be completed every 8 hours
5. Two carbide wheels: These are the core components that perform the hemming operation. Driven by hydraulic power, the wheels roll the heating plate edge and kettle body along a predetermined path. Wheel A performs the initial rolling and pre-forming, while wheel B performs the final pressing and shaping, resulting in a smooth, uniform, and densely structured hem.
6. Intelligent electronic control system, inverter, relays, circuit breakers, and other electrical components.
7. Safety features: Equipped with emergency stop and other functions to ensure the safety of the equipment and operators.
Kettle Bottom beading workflow
Loading: The operator places the assembled heating plate and kettle body into the mold.
Start: Press the start button to automatically start the machine.
Clamping: The hydraulic system drives the upper mold downward, initially pressing the kettle body and heating plate together and positioning them.
Flanging: Two alloy wheels extend sequentially according to the program, rolling and curling the joint.
Forming: The curling process is completed, creating a perfect seal.
Resetting and Unloading: The curling wheels and upper mold are reset, and the operator removes the finished kettle.
