4. Control System: Typically, a microcomputer controls all parameters, including power supply start/stop, output current, welding gun travel speed, and shielding gas on/off.

Maintenance and Service
1. The welding gun, tungsten needle, and spacer in this unit are consumable parts. If the tungsten needle becomes blunt and affects welding yield, try grinding it. If it is too short to grind, replace it. If the welding gun is damaged, simply remove it, replace it, and rewire it.
2. If the spacer is damaged, remove the two baffles shown in the picture, remove the fixing screws, and replace the damaged spacer.
3. It is recommended to grease the guide rails and lead screws (as shown in the picture) weekly to ensure machine life and welding quality.
