Traditional tube shrinking machines use a few stations, such as 8 stations, resulting in large deformation amounts per cycle. This easily leads to stress concentration on the tube wall, surface scratches, and uneven or non-straight tubes after shrinking, resulting in defective products. Our 18-station design breaks down the total shrinkage amount into 18 extremely small deformation steps, using 18 sets of alloy rollers to gradually reduce the diameter. This results in a high yield rate and excellent quality of the shrunk tubes, significantly reducing production costs.
Workflow Summary:
**Feeding:** Aluminum, iron, copper, or stainless steel tubes are filled with powder in the powder filling machine and then fed into the first station by an automatic feeder.
**Step-by-Step Compression:** The tube passes sequentially through 18 pairs of precision alloy rollers, with each pair of molds reducing the diameter by only 0.1- 0.3 mm.
**Density Increase:** As the tube diameter gradually decreases, the internal magnesium oxide (MgO) powder is uniformly compacted, significantly increasing the density.
