Product Principle

High frequency induction heating annealing machine uses a high-frequency current output from a solid-state induction heating device. This current is passed through the induction coil in the heating chamber to generate an alternating magnetic field. This current is then passed through the workpiece, inducing an eddy current in the workpiece itself, rapidly heating the workpiece. This allows for quenching, annealing, tempering, and thermal deformation of small stainless steel inner shells.

Cooling Water System Configuration Requirements

The cooling water system of high frequency induction heating annealing machine is user-provided. Cooling water pressure and flow rates must comply with Table 4. The water must be free of impurities to prevent clogging of the cooling channels.

Inlet water temperature: 5-35°C.

Water quality: pH 7-8.5.

Hardness: No more than 60 mg/L.

Conductivity: Less than 500 μA/cm.

Inlet water pressure: 1 × 105 - 3 × 105 Pa.

 

When the cooling water temperature is below room temperature, the temperature difference should be ≤ 10°C. When humidity is high, the temperature difference should be ≤ 5°C to prevent condensation on the equipment.

Users are requested to strictly follow the requirements for the construction of a water tank. A cooling tower is also recommended. If multiple high-power equipment units are used and share a cooling system, the water tank should be constructed based on the combined capacity of the individual tanks. A cooling tower is required (this can reduce the size of the tank).

The ideal difference between the water level of the pump and the water tank should be less than 1.5 meters. The distance between the pump and the equipment should not exceed 20 meters. If this exceeds the limit, the head loss along the way should be considered. The water channel should minimize sharp bends and joints. If the height must be increased, a siphon type can be used to lower the height of the equipment's outlet pipe port.

 

Cooling water system configuration

Based on the high-frequency induction heating annealing machine working 8 hours a day and a room temperature of 25℃, if the working time is extended, the volume of the pool can be increased.
