Operating table technical parameters: It mainly consists of a turntable, indexing table, induction head, motor, hydraulic cylinder, and hydraulic components.

1) Two turntables; two welding induction heads, each with a heating axis and two free axes for easy workpiece loading, unloading, and placement.

2) The mechanical rotation mechanism includes an asynchronous motor, a reducer, and an indexing table.

3) The hydraulic lifting mechanism includes a hydraulic station (motor, hydraulic pump, solenoid valve, etc.) and a hydraulic cylinder.

4) Heating mode: Manual/Automatic. In automatic mode, the lifting, heating, lowering, and rotating operations are performed automatically and continuously, with heating time set by the operator. The welding diameter range is 100- 400 mm. 3. Water Cooling System:

This system is used to cool the high-frequency power supply and induction head and consists of a water pump, water tank, and heat exchanger.

1) Water Pump: 4 kW motor, 44-meter head, and 8 tons/hour flow rate.

2) Water Tank: Welded stainless steel plate, 0.3 cubic meter capacity, equipped with a level sensor and return water filter.

3) Heat Exchanger: Stainless steel plate heat exchanger, 5 cubic meters capacity.

4) Internal water is provided by Party A, preferably distilled water, but purified water is also acceptable and may be replenished regularly.

5) External water is provided by the user and can be clean tap water, with a temperature below 35°C and a flow rate of at least 90 liters/minute.
