(1) BENDING DIE
Installation: a. Remove the wheel mold retaining nut (FIG-7 (1) in a counterclockwise direction. B. Put in the wheel mold, and then lock the fixed nut of the wheel mold.
(2) CLAMP DIE
Installation: a. Pull out the clamping die to fix the centring shaft (FIG-7 (2). B. Put the clamping mould in, and then insert the fixed mandrel.
Adjustment: a. Loosen the clamping base (FIG-7 (3), put the control panel in manual mode, and press the clamping button (FIG-7 (3) to the end of clamping path. (At this time, there should be a gap between the wheel mold clamping and the clamping seat can be adjusted by adjusting the screw (FIG-7 (4)).
B. Adjust the clamping die seat adjusting screw (FIG-7 (4) to make the clamping die and the wheel die completely close.
C. Press the unclamp button (FIG-4 (6) to make the clamping die backward, and then turn the clamping adjusting screw (FIG-7 (4)) clockwise for about 1/2-1/4 turn.
D. Then lock the clamping base fixing nut (FIG-7 (3).
(3) PRESSURE DIE
Installation: a. Remove the guide die fixing screw (FIG-7 (8), and then put the guide die in.
B. Lock the guide screw.
Adjustment: a. Loosen the fixed nut (FIG-7 (5) of the guide die seat, then put the control panel in manual mode, press the pinch button (FIG-4 (3) to the end of the guide die path (at this time, there must be a gap between the wheel die and the guide die, which can be adjusted by the guide die adjusting screw (FIG-7 (6).
B. Adjust the guide seat adjusting screw (FIG-7 (6) to make the guide mold and the wheel mold completely close.
C. Press or unclamp button (FIG-4 (6), and then turn the guide die adjusting screw (FIG-7 (6) clockwise for about 1/2-1/4 turn.
D. Then lock the fixing screw (FIG-7 (6) of the guide die base.
(4) Mandrel
Installation: a. Put the mandrel into the mandrel in a clockwise direction.
B. Then fix the core rod fixing screw (FIG-7 (8).
(Please note that the mandrel must match the bending direction of the elbow)
