Disassembling the heating element of an air fryer typically involves the following steps:

Power Off: Before initiating any disassembly work, ensure that the air fryer is powered off to avoid the risk of electric shock.

Open the Casing: Use an appropriate tool, such as a Phillips screwdriver, to open the casing from the top of the air fryer. Be mindful that the top may have a touch control display panel and wires connected to the mainboard, carefully disconnect these components to fully open the lid.

Disconnect the Piping: Locate the inlets and outlets of the heating element, close the valves on the connecting pipes, and then use tools like a wrench and pliers to disconnect the piping.

Remove the Heating Element: Use a screwdriver or wrench to remove the securing screws from the heating element and then detach the heating element from the device. When disassembling the heating element, be cautious as it may be somewhat fragile, avoid excessive force to prevent damage or breakage.

Clean and Inspect: After removing the heating element, clean any residues on the heating element and connecting pipes. Inspect the surface of the heating element for any damage or wear. If necessary, replace or repair.

Install the New Heating Element: If opting to replace the heating element, purchase a new one with the same specifications. When installing the new heating element, ensure its diameter and outer dimensions match the old heating element, and the power rating is consistent.

Throughout the entire process, handle with care to avoid unnecessary damage to the air fryer. If uncertain about the procedure, it is recommended to consult the air fryer's user manual or contact the manufacturer for more detailed guidance.
