1. Workbench Location Requirements: Preferentially place the workbench in a non-traffic area to prevent unauthorized personnel from approaching. If isolation is not possible, erect a physical barrier (such as a fence) and display a warning sign: "No Access for Non-Staff."


2. Power Supply Requirements: Voltage: AC 220V ±10% (198V-242V), frequency: 50h. A regulated power supply (such as a UPS or voltage stabilizer) is recommended to prevent voltage fluctuations that could cause equipment failure.


3. Workbench Environment Safety: The workbench must be made of non-conductive materials (such as wood or epoxy resin). Conductive tools or metal objects must not be placed between the operator and the device under test. Ensure there is no flammable gas, dust, or combustible materials (such as alcohol or solvents). Ensure adequate ventilation. Fire extinguishing equipment (such as a CO₂ extinguisher) is available.


4. Operators: Wear insulating gloves and shoes.
