Precautions of Pressure Testing Machine before use
1. Emergency treatment
In order to avoid greater losses in any critical situation, such as electric shock, burning of the measured object or burning of the host, please follow the steps below;
(1) First cut off the power switch.
(2) Unplug the power cord.
2. Occurrence of problems of Pressure Testing Machine
In the following cases, the resulting problems are very dangerous. Even if the reset button is pressed, there may still be high voltage output at the output, so it must be handled with great care:
A: When the reset button is pressed, the test light is still on.
B: There is no voltage reading on the voltmeter, but the test light is still on.
When the above situation occurs, please turn off the power immediately and unplug the power cord, and do not use it again. This failure is very dangerous. Please turn off the Pressure Testing Machine immediately and send it back to our company or dealer for repair.
3. Test failure
When you find that the voltmeter has a reading value after pressing the start button, but the test is still not on, it may be that the test light is faulty at this time, please shut down immediately and send it back to our company or dealer for repair.
4. When the instrument is no-load, the ammeter has a little current indicating that the instrument is designed for safety, and the current sampling circuit is designed at the low end of the high-voltage circuit (close to the ground end). When the voltage rises, because the leakage current of the high-voltage transformer itself flows through the iron core through the current detection circuit, there will be a little current indication on the ammeter when there is no load. This is normal and does not affect test accuracy.
