2.1 First check whether the high voltage line of the test rod is open and whether the test light is on. If all the above are good, then check whether the relay JX1 is working, to the voltage regulator 220V, there should be an AC220 voltage between 0 and 220V. Then adjust the voltage regulator to check whether there is any change in voltage from the 250V terminal to the primary "2" terminal of the high-voltage transformer.
2.2 Then check whether there is a voltage output at the output terminal of the high-voltage transformer. Sequential inspection can find the fault. |

3.1 Check whether the test loop of the Heating Element Voltage Tester is in good contact.
3.2 Circuit Check whether the R5 varistor is damaged and short-circuited, whether the diode D9-D12 is open-circuited, whether the circuit LF324 is damaged, and whether the diode IN4148 around LF324 is damaged or short-circuited. |
