Use method and matters needing attention
After a 15-minute startup and warm-up period, connect the testing apparatus, clear any short circuits, and commence measurements. In the case of measuring small resistances, it's advisable to place a short-circuit copper sheet between the fixture heads for zeroing, rather than directly short-circuiting the fixture. Ensure that the short-circuit sheet, preferably a 10*5*3 copper sheet or other highly conductive material, is positioned close on the same side of the fixture heads. Avoid arbitrary flipping of the fixture during normal measurements.
When measuring a single object, allow the instrument to automatically switch gears. Select a suitable gear, and once stable data is obtained from the first measurement, lock the range. This will fix the instrument at the established range for subsequent measurements, enhancing measurement speed and prolonging the instrument's lifespan.
