Description of electric control box
1. Power supply indicator light (green): When the power supply is normal, the indicator light of Multi-spindles Heavy Drill Machine comes on when the circuit breaker is switched on position.
2. Manual / semi-automatic / automatic: (gray transposition) automatic mode is connected mode, semi-automatic mode is single moving mode, manual mode is manual operation.
3. Spindle stop / start: In manual mode, open this switch for spindle stop or rotation control of Multi-spindles Heavy Drill Machine.
4. Rise: In manual mode, press and hold this button, the spindle will rise until the spindle reaches the stroke limit(upper travel limit switch touched), release this button, the rising action stops.
5. Cutting fluid stop / start (black rotation): Cut fluid motor off / on, both manual mode and automatic mode are valid.
6. Falling: In manual mode, press and hold this button, the spindle will descend until the spindle reaches the lower limit of travel (touched by the lower travel switch), release this button, and the descending action will stop. When pressing this button, please pay attention to whether there is a danger of the spindle colliding with the workpiece of Multi-spindles Heavy Drill Machine.
7. Automatic start (green mushroom head): When the mode selection is semi-automatic or automatic, press this switch, and the machine tool will execute an automatic cycle. This switch has no effect in manual mode.
8. Emergency stop (red push button turn right to reset): In case of emergency, please quickly press
this switch, the machine tool will stop all actions, and the oil pressure will stop. The switch is a
self-locking switch, and it can be reset by turning right.
9. Descent delay: the delay return time after the spindle hits the lower limit travel switch in the
automatic cycle after the feed pause at the bottom of the hole.
10. Cycle delay: the interval time after each cycle of the machine tool when the mode is in the
automatic state.
11. Counter: When the mode is in the automatic state, the machine tool counts once after each
cycle.

Machine tool maintenance
1. When repairing or maintaining, you must first stop the machine tool and cut off the power supply.
2. Frequently clean the dust on the motor and fuel tank to ensure normal heat dissipation.
3. When not in use, clean and oil the workbench with plastic film (bag) to keep the column clean and rust-free.
4. Each machine tool must be equipped with a corresponding individually controlled leakage circuit breaker to ensure the normal use of the machine tool and personal safety. The three-phase incoming line of the machine tool must be grounded.
5. If the power cord is damaged, it should be replaced in time. 6. When pulling out the plug, do not pull the wire directly, but pull out the plug directly to avoid damage to the contact parts.
7. Regularly add oil to the guide rod and other parts that need to be lubricated.
8. The hydraulic pressure should be kept clean. In the first year, the oil should be replaced every six months, and the oil should be replaced once a year thereafter.
