The tubular heater automatic peeling machine is used to process heating tubes of varying lengths into a uniform length. It can process both ultra-short and ultra-long tubes.

 

The tubular heater automatic peeling machine uses a feeding rack to push the tubes to a preset processing position. This is a double-head peeling machine, which will automatically cut both ends of the heating tubular to the same length synchronously. This completes the processing of both ends in a single operation, resulting in tubes with precise length and flat end faces. This is an indispensable production step in the manufacturing of electric heating tubes.

Equipment Maintenance, Servicing, and Precautions

① Check if the power indicator light is working properly each time the equipment is turned on.

② Check if the "emergency stop" button is working properly each time the equipment is turned on;

③ After turning on the equipment, check for any unusual noises.

④ Clean the equipment before turning it on and after completing production.

⑤ Regularly check for loose screws and wear on easily damaged parts.

⑥ Note: Ensure the power and air supply are stable; otherwise, it will affect the normal operation of the equipment.

⑦ Do not arbitrarily adjust parameters in the control box while the equipment is running to avoid damaging the equipment.
