Machine Components &Structure
The Double Columns MgO Powder Filling Machine is mainly composed of the following parts: frame, powder box, conduit, mandrel, inching mechanism, lower fixing mechanism, oscillating mechanism, loading rack, powder receiving tray, and electrical control system.
1) Frame part
It is mainly welded from square steel tubes and steel plates, and is equipped with tool steel running rails, ensuring firmness, reliability, and durability.
2) Powder box part
It mainly consists of inner and outer steel molds, which function for powder control, tube positioning, and sealing.
3) Conduit part
It is mainly composed of stainless steel and a nozzle, driven by a variable frequency motor, and serves a protective role.
4) Mandrel part
It is mainly composed of spring steel wire and a hook, driven by an air cylinder, and is used to straighten the heating wire evenly.
5) Inching part
It is mainly composed of an adjusting handwheel and a top wheel, used to control the exposed length of the lead-out rod and the disengagement of the lead-out rod from the hook after filling.
6) Lower fixing part

7) Oscillating part

8) Loading rack
Used to hold the tubes to be filled, allowing convenient one-time tube arrangement.
9) Powder receiving tray

10) Electrical control part

How to maintain the Mgo Powder Filling Machine
(1) When starting each shift, check whether the power indicator light is normal;
(2) Check whether the stop button is valid when starting each shift;

guide slide, mandrel slide, and follower slide)
(4) Whether there is any abnormal sound after booting;
(5) After getting off work, the equipment should be turned off to fully dissipate heat;
(6) The equipment should be cleaned before starting and after getting off work.
