2、 Selection of servo motor for pipe bender
The servo motor of the pipe bender, also known as the executive motor, is used as the executive component in the automatic control system to convert the received electrical signal into the angular displacement or angular velocity output on the motor shaft. It is divided into DC and AC servo motors. Its main feature is that when the signal voltage is zero, there is no autorotation, and the speed decreases with the increase of torque. The servo motor mainly relies on the servo to locate. When the servo motor receives one pulse, it will rotate the corresponding angle of one pulse to realize displacement. Because the servo motor itself has the function of sending pulses, so each time the servo motor rotates an angle, it will send out a corresponding number of pulses, so that it forms a echo with the pulse received by the servo motor, or a closed loop, The system will know how many pulses are sent to the servo motor, and how many pulses are received at the same time. In this way, the rotation of the motor can be accurately controlled, so as to achieve accurate positioning, which can reach 0.001 mm.
