The so-called springback control refers to the possibility of changing back to the original size after the bend is processed and formed. The springback will reduce or increase the bending degree according to the bending radius of the bend. Generally, the smaller the bending degree, the smaller the springback will be. The position of the springback compression die and the influence of pressure have different radii.
The pipe of small pipe bender will be twisted or folded. The reason for this may be that the data is too hard, so the inner diameter cannot be shrunk during bending. This phenomenon can be handled by inserting a mandrel.
