How to maintain the equipment?
Hydraulic oil inspection
The hydraulic oil does not need to be replaced every time, but it is necessary to check whether the oil level is within the range of the dipstick. If it is below the lower limit, add oil immediately; at the same time, check whether the color of the oil is transparent. If it is black or milky white, it needs to be replaced.
Leakage inspection
Check the oil pipes, joints, and oil cylinders for leakage and whether the sealing rings are damaged every day.
Clean the equipment
Remove metal debris and oil stains on the workbench and guide rails (to prevent scratches on the seals).
Regularly check
Regularly check whether the bolts and nuts of the column and mold fixing position are loose
