The production line for rice cooker heating plates goes through a series of meticulous processes to ensure that the final product meets high standards of quality and performance.
Starting with the aluminum ingot smelting process, a 300Kg natural gas furnace is used to efficiently smelt the aluminum ingot. Natural gas combustion is employed to heat up and melt the aluminum ingot until it is completely liquefied.
Next, the molten aluminum is passed through a single-station casting machine. While the mold is rotating at high speed, the liquid aluminum is injected and quickly solidifies into the shape of the heating plate, resulting in a plate with the designed shape and size.
The produced heating plate is then fed into a 40T punch machine. This machine is used to punch the nozzle and remove the excess nozzle part in the middle of the heating plate, allowing for the installation of the nozzle in subsequent steps.
The next step involves drilling holes. Precise holes are drilled on the already punched heating plate to connect traces and internal pads of different layers. The position and diameter of the drill holes are precisely controlled according to the design requirements.
The drilled heating plate is then tapped using a tapping machine to provide threads for the installation of subsequent components.

The product is placed into the aging furnace to undergo heat treatment processes such as annealing, tempering, quenching, and heating. This process removes water vapor from the heating plate. During processing, internal stress in the heating plate is eliminated, stabilizing the structure and size, and improving mechanical properties. The product then moves to the CNC lathe processing point. CNC lathe reprocessing smoothens the surface of the aluminum heating plate, enabling more even heat dissipation during the heating process. The denser the surface texture of the heating plate, the better the heat dissipation effect.
Davinci utilizes both traditional and automated CNC machining. The traditional manual assembly method involves placing the semi-finished product manually in the chuck and then manually starting the CNC machine tool for processing. The use of mechanical arms instead of manual labor significantly improves production efficiency, reduces workers' labor intensity, ensures safety in operations, and improves the production environment.
Subsequently, the product undergoes testing using a withstand voltage tester. Applying a certain voltage ensures the product can withstand the voltage and pressure during normal use. In the resistance test stage, a resistance tester is used to measure the resistance value of the product, ensuring it falls within the design specifications to guarantee effective heating.
The entire production line of the Davinci rice cooker production line is carefully designed and highly automated to maximize production efficiency and ensure product consistency.
