How are heating elements manufactured?
Tube cutting: Select the tube material and length as required, and the cut should not have burrs.
2. Chamfering: Process both ends of the tube to ensure that there are no burrs.
3. Tube washing: Use alkali degreasing and acid derusting methods to clean the inside of the tube.
4. Press-fit solid plug: Press the lead-out rod into the solid plug.
5. Wire winding: Use a wire winding machine to make the resistance wire into a spiral shape to ensure uniform winding distance.
6. Welding: Weld the lead-out rod and the resistance wire to ensure close contact and firm welding.
7. Powder filling: Use a filling machine to fill magnesium oxide powder, and the filler reaches the specified density through vibration.
8. Tube shrinking: Compress the tube to increase the density of the filler and improve the electric heat coefficient.
9. Bending pipe: To prevent breakage, the bending radius should generally not be less than 2.5 times the pipe diameter.
10. Final inspection: Insulation, withstand voltage, electrical strength, cold resistance, leakage current and appearance inspection.
