Maintenance

 

  In order to ensure the normal operation of the centrifuge, please refuel and maintain the rotating parts every 6 months. At the same time, check the running lubrication of the bearings to see if there is any wear; whether the parts in the brake device are worn, and replace them if it is serious; whether the bearing cover has oil leakage.

 

1. After the machine is used, it should be cleaned and kept clean.

 

2. Do not separate non-corrosion-proof centrifuges from highly corrosive materials; in addition, operate strictly in accordance with equipment requirements and regulations, and non-explosion-proof centrifuges must not be used in flammable and explosive environments.

 

3. The mesh number of the filter cloth should be determined according to the size of the solid phase particles of the separated material; otherwise, the separation effect will be affected. In addition, when the filter cloth is installed, the filter cloth sealing ring should be embedded in the sealing groove of the drum to prevent materials from running into it.

Ⅰ. Installation

1. The Automatic Centrifugal Casting Machine is welded to the ladling machine( auto arm). When installing it, place the casting machine first, then the furnace close to the auto arm. Make sure that the distance between the furnace top position and the ground is within 900mm.

The distance between spoon of the robotic arm & furnace top position, the spoon of the robotic arm & aluminum spout, both are 40 mm.

2. The voltage for the casting machine and auto arm is 3-phase 380V+zero Ground wire, corresponding to terminals L1, L2, L3, and PE.
