Products Installation Instruction
Basic operating procedure of the automated plug assembling machine: Place the rubber bush into the vibratory feeder → Place the rubber bush into the hopper → Turn on the vibratory feeder switch → Press the automatic start button → The vibratory feeder feeds the rubber bush into the plastic bush mold → The feeding cylinder feeds the pin rod into the pin rod slot → The pin rod striking cylinder moves to strike the pin rod into the rubber bush → The unloading cylinder moves, and the finished product falls into the finished product area.
Equipment maintenance and precautions
① Check the power indicator light for normal operation each time you turn on the automated plug assembling machine.
② Check the emergency stop button for proper function each time you turn on the equipment.
③ Listen for any abnormal noises after turning on the equipment;
④ Clean the equipment before starting it and after completing production.
⑤ Regularly check all vulnerable parts and fastening screws for looseness.
